Very possibly.
Artists, writers, and other people who have to think creatively for a living, often have a writting pad beside there bed.
Our brains and imaginations are more intuitive when we are relaxed, which is why we tend to have our most creative ideas in the shower, or in bed as we're about to fall asleep. To a lesser extent, we also think more intuitively when we're tired.
