ok, I know about Norway. Norway buys all the garbage from its neighbors and recycles it and gets some energy from it, but it sends the unutilized part of garbage back to them. What should they do with the rest part of garbage?

unfortunately we can't utilise some part of garbage, and it's large enough
you know, Fukushima collected radioactive garbage (spent fuel assemblies) for years because japanese guys didn't know what to do with all this dangerous stuff
