I think so. Most of them (sorry, I mean us) don't know english and/or do not like foreigner. Maybe they're a bit xenophobic, jealousy of foreigner lifestile(Here we pay 3x the console's price and 2x the game's price) or just trolls.

I'm brazilian, and I know english, and I'm not a xenophobic, and yes, we need to pay 3x to many things, PS4 here is R$4000,00, but many of us are not bad people, well, I respect many other people, but many of population... Yeah, you know...

Just a very small part of Brazilians think the huehue is a funny thing,most one are pissed about them ruining the image of Brazilians out there,especially on online games,they are not gamers they are just bad trolls retards that just want ruin other people fun,most Brazilians hate the huehue guys and we are trying to avoid that kind of people.
So plz don't think all Brazilians are like that because we are not,would be the same as if we think that all americans are rapists because one american tourist raped a 9 years old Brazilian girl last carnival on Rio de Janeiro.
