What woman isn't in a superhero comic?
In the older comics, shows, etc, Lois Lane is Superman's love interest. They've gotten married in several retold storylines.
The more recent reimagining of the Superman story in animation seems to be hinting towards matching up Wonder Woman and Superman, both of whom are super strong and super durable. It's a pretty reasonable match.
I defer to the expertise of any actual comic nerds on how often this matchup has or has not been done before, or what is currently happening in the 52 comics or anywhere else. I am naught but a @#$%ing Casual. :P
