hehe, what a sexist company
Well, I must admit, I rather look at girls all day, then at guys. And I wouldn't need to decorate the offices, because, hey...never going to look at that. ;)
And frankly, so what? Unless there is issue where they block a female to become senior, I don't see the issue. Their company, so they can hire whoever they want, imo.

it's forbidden to hire only women or men. but it seems nobody gives a single fuck (except feminists, they always do)
they said women can't do senior management
they said women can't do senior management
Who said Women can't do senior management?
For that matter, what is the problem with this company and HOW is it in any way sexist?
From what I see you have 26 Women acting as Managers and 4 Men acting as Directors. I would say that that's a great number to have in this company. It shows that Women are truly able to show that many of them are capable of doing the exact same jobs as men, given they all (Men AND Women) have the same qualifications for the job. So Does their company have a strict "MEN Only" Policy when hiring and/or promoting people to Directors?? I wouldn't think they do, otherwise today's fast stream media would have made this into a HUGE bloody debacle.
Here's a better question for this one: Are any of the Women who are Managers qualified to become a Director and take the place of any of these Men should any of the Directors choose to step down, Retire And/Or should the company decide to create another Director position to meet up with workload demands???
If so then, what's to stop the company from promoting one of the 26 women on here?? Nothing I would say
If none of them are qualified to become Directors at the moment, Then what qualifications do they need in order to be promoted? If they want to be promoted, yet lack the qualifications, I would think most if not ALL of these women would get on the ball and get all of the necessary qualifications to earn that promotion.
Now I know many people (Hardcore Sexist Feminist are most likely to try and rebuttal this) would try and ask "Well what qualifications do THESE MEN have that they are all directors? Why Not just give it to one of the women?"
First off, You don't just GIVE a promotion with that much sway in a company to anyone. Not only is that a horrid business strategy, but it's completely unethical.
Second, there's more to higher level management than just having advanced degrees. You need experience in networking, a very high level of H.R. skills, upper level management, and REAL World Experience as well. Perhaps the company does have a few of these women in line for a promotion. Who knows perhaps one of them will bypass a directors position and go right into a Executive position.
The point is, you cannot judge a company's business strategy, much less its policy and procedures simply from this picture. It doesn't show you the full hierarchy of the company such as C.E.O, C.F.O, C.O.O., or even a President and/or Chairman. So to call this company sexist is not only judging a book by its cover, but is a height of idiocy by stating that just because the management shown is NOT all women or that a few men hold a higher position that 26 women that it must be a Male dominated Sexist company.
