That old man is quite famous in Japan. He often shows up at cons wearing a schoolgirl uniform. And now he found someone with his same hobby. God help Japan.
Chances are there are quite a few people who like dressing up that way.
Ah crap, they're multiplying. Let's just hope they don't join forces with their colleagues overseas, or the world is in for a wild ride.
