Who you think invents these drugs in the first place?
Doctors.
...Who prescribe them to anyone, even children, until government tells them they can't anymore. They then change the recipe SLIGHTLY, and go right back to selling it.
83% of heroin addicts got their start from drugs prescribed by their doctors.
That pusher in the brown trench coat showing up to elementary schools trying to get kids (who have no money, don't forget) to try drugs is a CARTOON. The real-life drug pushers are the ones in the white coats.
