Actually those are most likely gaming tokens.
Ancient Rome had vastly different (and probably healthier) attitudes about sex than our modern societies do. While we see a coin with a decoration of a sex act on it, and immediately construe those ideas into prostitution, that's our own cultural thinking at work, not theirs.
