Actually those are most likely gaming tokens.
Ancient Rome had vastly different (and probably healthier) attitudes about sex than our modern societies do. While we see a coin with a decoration of a sex act on it, and immediately construe those ideas into prostitution, that's our own cultural thinking at work, not theirs.

Also... Are you sure your coins aren't replicas? The real 2000 year old ones they pulled out of the ground look more like this:
