I had a friend that got kicked in the 'nads. He got a ruptured testicle out of it. Swear to God, I had to pick him up from his house because he was in so much pain and couldn't drive. His right testicle had swelled up to the size of a grapefruit and was getting larger by the minute. It was the grossest thing. He had emergency surgery to drain the blood from his scrot and then they removed the testicle.

Moral is that yes, you can get something out of being kicked in the junk.
