That is an entirely different conversation, my point was that the left "war" is an American comic hero and America (even as you said) is not in any full wars currently, and the right looks like a middle eastern Israeli medical center. That region of the world has been at war for literally ever, and the girl is recieving medical aid which you would not get in a concentration camp. It looks like someone took a newspaper or magazine article and threw in war and peace in a reference to the book.
