Yup. This is a thing humans can do now.
We've only to find a way to make it profitable, and desert states like Nevada, Montana, Arizona, etc, can become green, food-producing (and wealthier) states. The trick would be to convince corporations that could easily start these programs that the long-term benefits will outweigh the lack of positive effect on their stock prices the upcoming fiscal quarter. >_>
