Look at the small olympic logo at the left side, which one of the rings(the right from above) aren't attached it(they had problem with the pyrotechnics). And now look at the logo above, that not attached ring(red color) should be symbolize America.
If you have twisted mind - it looks like Russia did it on purpose.
