never get why flying are strong versus fighter, for bugs vulnerable to fire have a logic, like a kid that kill ants with lens, but i didn't the logic of flying vs fighter even of fairy against dragon type.

Fighters are more trained to fight other fighters at melee range, as opposed to something with an attack pattern more like a bomber jet. They could be less certain how best to defend against such attacks.
Well, it's one hypothesis, at any rate. The real answer is "Game Balance" but that's not as much fun.
